About Nithya
"For more than 7 years, I have been passionate about teaching Singing to students from schools, colleges, and professional workplaces. My focus is to develop both the technical skills and emotional expression that make singing truly powerful. My teaching style is adaptable and student-centered. I begin by assessing each student’s vocal abilities and goals, then create customized lessons that balance technique and artistry. We work on breath support, pitch control, vocal agility, and tone production. I also introduce students to music theory, sight-reading, and ear training to deepen their musical understanding. I use a variety of songs and genres to keep lessons interesting and relevant to the student’s tastes and goals. Incorporating real-life examples and case studies of successful singers helps students connect theory to practice and stay motivated. In addition to vocal skills, I coach students on performance preparation, stage presence, and managing performance anxiety. My goal is to help every student not only sing well but also enjoy the experience and gain confidence. I have taught over 150 students, helping them prepare for auditions, school productions, college recitals, and workplace events. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your skills, I am committed to helping you unlock your full singing potential."

"My teaching philosophy centers on helping students discover their own voice through practical and emotionally connected learning. I believe that singing becomes powerful when it’s both technically correct and deeply personal. That’s why I use real-life examples—live performances, interviews with vocalists, and documented voice training journeys—to make each lesson engaging and relevant.
We break down what makes a performance memorable—tone, articulation, posture, even body language—and apply those lessons to your development. By watching, analyzing, and imitating professional-level examples, students not only improve technically, but also learn how to tell their own story through song.
Flexibility is at the heart of our sessions. I adjust lessons to your style (pop, R&B, classical, etc.), vocal range, and pace of learning. There’s no pressure to “keep up”—instead, you’re guided steadily and supportively.
Alongside vocal technique, I teach related areas such as stage confidence, breathwork for anxiety, and the basics of music production for singers. My ultimate goal is to equip students with real, applicable tools for both studio and stage."
