About Rachel
I have 7 years of physics teaching experience with K-12, high school, and bachelor's first-year students in online one-to-one live lessons. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physics from University of Colorado Boulder. In 2023, I received the American Association of Physics Teachers Future Teacher Award. Building my first telescope at 11 sparked cosmic curiosity leading to aurora chasing across Alaska. I launch high-altitude balloons with student payloads, analyze sci-fi physics accuracy, practice parkour understanding forces, and build electromagnetic sculptures. Immigrant parents' engineering stories inspired my physics pursuit and student empowerment mission.
