About Yip
With 12 years of ESL teaching experience, I am dedicated to helping students achieve their English learning goals. I teach high school and college students and focus on making learning easy and enjoyable.
I have worked with 150 to 200 students, helping them improve their language skills step by step. This journey has taught me how to handle different learning styles and challenges. I always try to make lessons simple and clear.
A major achievement in my career is seeing my students grow in confidence. Many students who were once afraid to speak English are now comfortable in conversations and presentations.
My teaching approach includes real-life examples, interactive exercises, and continuous practice. I support my students with patience and encouragement.
Teaching ESL is not just my profession, it is my passion. I aim to help every student succeed and feel confident in using English.

I follow a practical and engaging approach to teaching ESL that connects learning with real-world use. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students understand how English is used in everyday situations. This helps them apply their learning more effectively. I motivate students by encouraging them regularly and building their confidence through practice.
I include problem-solving activities such as role-plays, conversations, and real-life tasks to improve their communication skills. I believe in integrity, so I provide honest and constructive feedback to support improvement.
I also use a flexible teaching style, adapting lessons based on each student’s learning needs, pace, and goals. Along with ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills to support overall growth.
