About Connor
I am currently a student at Durham University studying Sociology, Anthropology, and French.
Having suffered from anxiety in the past, particularly around school, I understand the difficulties many students face when coping with exam pressure and the stress that comes along with this. However, with a little help and guidance from supportive teachers and a good routine, I was able to overcome my fears, and so can you/your child.
With my newfound confidence, I obtained my grade 8 in flute in 2021 and my black belt in Taekwon-Do in 2023, goals which required discipline and perseverance to achieve. Academic guidance will not only improve grades but motivate you/your child to achieve goals and ultimately succeed as a well-rounded individual.

Having achieved the top grade in 11 subjects at GCSE, I understand what examiners are looking for, and more importantly how to develop the confidence and skills required to be successful in exams. As well as strengthening understanding of subject material and explaining concepts in easy-to-understand formats, I will share with you or your child invaluable study tips and exam techniques that helped me push to those top grades. Above all, I want my students to feel comfortable in lessons and leave with the confidence to do well in their studies.
