About Christopher

I've been privately tutoring for the past 5 years. I work with both middle and high school students. I'm currently working with six students. My students have not only had an improvement in their grades, but in their ability to work independently and understand new topics.

About the lesson

I place a strong importance on students taking an active role in their own learning experience. This means that I am often strict, but fair. I encourage students to ask questions and to challenge methods that they feel do not work for them. I believe that students who feel comfortable in speaking out against outdated or ineffective teaching styles are more likely to find one that truly works for them.
