About Harry
I have many years experience performing in both professional and community ensembles; from local concert bands, brass bands and orchestras to big bands and rock/indie bands.
Performing at venues such as Blackpool Tower Ballroom and Nottingham Royal Concert Hall have been personal highlights.
I also have a lot of experience with graded exams should the student wish to pursue that route.
I want to share what I have learned from my time in these groups to encourage my students to have a go, whatever kind of music they love!

I form a teaching method based on what you want to achieve. We'll listen to the kind of music you are interested in and try to embody what makes the drum kit part sound great and what role the drums play in the service of the music.
Your musical goals will be underpinned by a solid and reliable technique which we will go through to ensure you play in a relaxed and ergonomic way- we will explore how to flow around the kit with minimum effort to seamlessly express your musicality and creativity.
Lessons will be informative, challenging and fun!
