About Toni
I am a committed drum tutor with 4 years of teaching experience. I teach students from high school, college, and elderly age groups. So far, I have taught nearly 150 to 200 students with dedication and care. A special milestone in my career was when a group of my students gave their first live performance together. Since then, many students have performed on different stages and gained confidence. I believe that learning drums should be enjoyable and pressure-free. I focus on rhythm clarity, timing accuracy, and proper stick control. I teach in a step-by-step way so students learn easily. For elderly students, I keep lessons simple, slow, and relaxing. For young students, I focus on confidence, coordination, and performance skills. I adapt my teaching style to match each learner’s needs. My aim is to guide students with care and help them grow through music.

My drum teaching methodology focuses on real-life application, strong motivation, effective problem-solving, integrity, and flexibility. I teach students through real songs, live band recordings, and performance examples. This helps them understand groove, tempo, fills, and rhythm placement naturally. Motivation plays a major role in my classroom. I guide students with positive encouragement and help them stay confident. When students face technical difficulties like complex rhythms, fast tempos, or weak coordination, I use problem-solving methods to break down skills into simple learning steps. Integrity is the foundation of my teaching. I believe in honesty, musical discipline, regular practice, and respect. Flexibility allows me to change lesson plans based on student learning pace, interest, and long-term goals. Along with drum lessons, I also teach basic music theory, rhythm reading, keyboard fundamentals, and performance training.
