About Talia

With a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics and more than 3 years of tutoring experience, I’ve helped students master the IB and A-Level Math curriculum. My teaching philosophy is rooted in conceptual clarity and consistent practice. I guide students to understand the “why” behind mathematical ideas, not just the “how.” By combining multiple problem-solving strategies and targeted past paper sessions, I help learners develop the flexibility needed for exam success. Algebra, Geometry, and Statistics are my areas of expertise. My sessions emphasize logical thinking and deep comprehension. Students often find that math becomes more intuitive and enjoyable. I love exploring how historical math stories reveal the beauty behind logic. My focus extends beyond formulas — it’s about understanding relationships and reasoning. I work especially well with Quant and Economics students seeking clarity and faster progress. Conceptual depth and critical thinking are at the core of every session. Students often rediscover their natural curiosity for numbers. I adapt lessons to fit individual learning rhythms.
