About Mokhtar
I’m a dedicated artist and tutor based in Montreal, known for being patient, structured, and easy to follow. I specialize in helping students build strong fundamentals without feeling overwhelmed, whether you’re picking up a pencil for the first time or returning to drawing after a long break. My lessons are organized, goal-driven, and adapted to your pace, with clear feedback and practical exercises you can reuse between sessions. My drawing lessons are structured, beginner-friendly, and focused on real progress. I teach fundamentals first (shapes, proportions, perspective, light and shadow), then we apply them through guided exercises and mini projects in your style. A typical lesson includes a quick skill demo, step-by-step practice, feedback on your work, and a simple plan to train between sessions. I’m patient, detailed, and great at breaking concepts down clearly. Lessons are for absolute beginners to intermediate artists, teens or adults, traditional or digital.
