As I've experienced several levels of Mental Health (especially since 2020), I've looked into people stories by articles, posts, and even through text comments. As well as discovering the roots and ways to manage my problems. I came to help people realize what I've realized about existing as a living being.

I still started all this from my beginning from scratch. My own research, also my own memorized information. and intend on giving my own individualistic teaching for people.
