About SAYANTI

I believe teaching is not just about delivering content, but about building confidence, curiosity, and clarity in students. My approach is student-centered, structured, and supportive. I aim to create a safe learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing academically as well as personally. I have more than 10 years of experience teaching children both inside and outside the school environment. Over the years, I have worked closely with students of different learning abilities, helping them build strong academic foundations as well as confidence in their own potential.

About the lesson

I strongly believe that learning is not just about studying from textbooks, but about truly understanding concepts through relatable experiences and logical thinking. When students connect lessons to real-life situations, learning becomes meaningful and long-lasting.

For me, teaching is never limited to information sharing. It is about building knowledge through:

Audio-visual aids and interactive tools

Everyday examples that simplify complex topics

Encouraging questions and open discussions to develop curiosity

Regular doubt-clearing sessions

Logical explanation rather than rote memorization

*Quick recap of the previous lesson (5–10 minutes)

*Introduction of new topic with clear objectives

*Detailed explanation with examples and interaction

*Practice session (questions, exercises, or discussion)

*Doubt-clearing and summary

*Homework or reinforcement task for practice

This structure ensures clarity, retention, and continuous improvement.
