About Myles
Honestly I'm just a grad student who played sports in college for 4 years with an interest in exercise science which is why I got my degree in it. I myself have worked from 260lbs down to 188.2 lbs within a soccer season so I genuinely know what it takes to achieve something if you put your mind to it. If it was easy everyone would do it.

My Style
My approach is rooted in individual assessment before individual programming. I don't believe in one size fits all training, we are human and we are unique. Therefore, before writing a single workout, I evaluate your current fitness level, movement patterns, injury history, and specific goals. I combine evidence-based exercise science principles with practical coaching, so you understand not just what to do, but why it works for your body.
I put what I know into simple, actionable steps. I explain the "why" behind every exercise so you can eventually make informed decisions on your own, not just follow instructions.
A typical session starts with a quick check-in on how you're feeling, sleep, and recovery, followed by a dynamic warm-up targeting whatever that day's focus area is. The main block covers strength, conditioning, or sport-specific work depending on your goals, with personal coaching for form and technique depending on what your goals require. We close with plyometrics/a cool down and a short recap of progress, adjustments for next time, and homework if applicable (mobility drills, home exercises, etc.).
I'd say what sets me apart is the range of populations I've had the fortune of working with. I've trained populations from 50-year-old dads returning to fitness, to professional, semi-pro, and collegiate athletes. That range means I know how to scale intensity and complexity appropriately, whether your goal is general health or competitive performance. My background in exercise science also means my programming is grounded in current research, not trends.
These lessons are for anyone looking for personalized training — beginners easing back into fitness, weekend warriors, and competitive or collegiate athletes looking to optimize performance. I work with all levels and can tailor sessions around general fitness goals, sport-specific conditioning, injury prevention, or return to play training. My utmost passion is concussion recovery so not just your traditional sports injuries I enjoy working with anything because everything is a learning opportunity!
