About Shane
In order for you to take massive leaps forward with health, nutrition, weight loss, whatever your goal is right now, we need to first understand that the number one goal is for you to be set up for the rest of your life. The amount of shallow quick-fix style approaches out there staggering, when what we really need to be doing is learning about nutrition in a simple way, practicing it, and improving every day guided by a fully qualified and experiences expert.
Sometimes when you have a very academic background it can be difficult to deliver lessons/training/mentorship in a way that relates to real life and individual needs. My forte is absolutely the ability to make the complex easy to use by all.
I have a wife and young children, I fully appreciate the day to day challenges that absolutely occur in life, and we work to help you whilst factoring all your personal preferences, commitments and personality into your experience.

My superpower is to translate the complex science around health weight loss and wellness in a way that is easy to understand and implement in and around your daily life. I've worked with thousands of people in this area, and fully incorporate the need for compassion and full understanding of individual needs.
I've worked with primary school children, adults of all ages, complete newbies to nutrition, international standard athletes and everything in between. I've lectured in workplaces, University, College and particularly in an online setting to thousands across the world.
We tailor each lesson to the individual(s) to suit their goals, focus and learning style.
