About Jerrin
Myself,Jerrin Joy Varughese, currently working as a doctoral researcher in Polymer nanocomposites.
I taught Mechanics and Physics to primary and secondary-level students. I was a technological advisor at St. Thomas College of Engineering & Technology for 11 years, initially as an Assistant Professor and then as the Department's Head of Mechanical Engineering. Over the course of my professional career, I have guided several aspirants towards proficiency in the Mechanical stream.
Guided several student batches to develop innovative projects:
1. Automatic Guided Vehicle for Medical Environment, which was developed in the year 2020, was found to be quite useful during the outbreak of the virus. During the development phase, principal offered their support, and even the outside media praised the final product.
2. Simulation of Friction Stir Welding using Finite Element Analysis.
3. Rice Harvesting Machine.
4. Design and analysis of multilayer pressure vessel.
