About Tim

Hey! I'm Tim and I am a trainee Sport and Exercise Psychologist living in Scotland. Alongside my private practice and current research, I also lecture and teach seminars at Glasgow Caledonian University. I have experience teaching on a wide range of modules, including research methods, developmental psychology and my favourite, sport and exercise psychology.

Sessions can be catered to any age or prior experience level, all that is asked of you is to keep an open mind and stay curious.

About the lesson

I believe in a holistic approach to learning whereby concepts and methods must be explained using a real world application, otherwise it can be difficult to take in a page of words. Through tailored sessions and conversations , I aim to identify the areas that you would most like to address and do this in a manner that is most beneficial for you. Whether that be by video, listening, quizzes or any other method that you would find fun and engaging!
