I take a very personalsed approach to teaching. I focus on the students' different learning types and approaches and tailor my classes to them. Teaching is outcome based - what skill does the student want to learn, how do I assess whether they have learnt it, what content do I need to deliver for them to be able to learn that skill (backward design).
