About Thejashwini V P
I'm a dentist. My medical background helps me further understand the student's needs and problems. I've personally taught yoga to many students over a course of two years and helped them heal themselves. While I prefer one on one classes, I've also taken group classes for students.

I teach traditional Hatha Yoga. It is tailor-made to suit each student's needs and capacity. My approach starts with an overall assessment, followed by step by step guidance and demonstrations and finally round it off with relaxation and rejuvenation techniques.
