About Ose
I am a pharmacist (PharmD). I volunteer with an NGO focused on mental health where I work as a volunteer researcher for the team training counsellors. I have taken diploma courses on mental health and some focused on stress management.

My classes are based on meticulously researched information widely accepted by the psychology and counselling academic community. We will begin the course by learning and understanding what stress and anxiety are and how our bodies react to them. Followed by lessons on how to recognise and manage stress and anxiety.
