You will have access to a monthly recorded review of your progress to ensure we are staying on track with your individual songwriting or technical goals. I find that keeping the atmosphere friendly and patient helps even the most complex lead guitar techniques feel attainable. "Growing up surrounded by the sounds of a nylon string acoustic guitar, I absorbed the intricate rhythms of bolero and flamenco before I ever formally studied music theory. My fingers still remember the distinct resonance of those early family gatherings where music was a living language. Having earned a Diploma of Music from JMC Academy, I combine this academic foundation with 13 years of hands-on work as a session musician. I navigate the bridge between formal structure and the raw, rhythmic traditions of my upbringing.
This cross-cultural perspective defines my interactions with performance-focused students, intermediate learners, kids, and working professionals. I find that returning learners often appreciate how these varied styles provide a fresh context for their existing skills.
