About Holly
Hi my name is Holly and I am a 25-year-old dietitian/nutritionist based on the Gold Coast, QLD, Australia. I have experience working with adults and adolescents seeking nutrition support for sports performance, weight loss, gut-related conditions, and chronic disease.
I am passionate about promoting evidence-based nutrition education to school students based on their schools' curriculum. I am a kind and patient teacher who has excellent communication skills and can adapt my teaching method to your preferred learning style.
In my spare time I love going for beach walks, practising yoga, running, going to the farmers market, and baking!
