About Felipe

Game designer at HeroMation Studios in Los Angeles, CA.

I currently live in Brazil. I lived in the United States for over 5 years. There, I learned about the cultural variety that exists there from region to region and from state to state.

I had a sports scholarship during both high school and college. This scholarship allowed me to travel the world through sports and see the immense cultural diversity that we have in the world and in the United States. I learned that customs, cuisines and cultures can vary greatly from state to state and that the United States, like any other country, is much more than what we see on social media or in newspapers.

This expansion of my mindset about our globalized world made me realize that the best way to learn is naturally, whether it’s through playing a sport or even a language. Here, you’ll learn English the same way you learned to speak your native language, by through observation, routine and natural understanding. After all, it was these experiences that enabled me to obtain the fluency certificate from ETS.

About the lesson

TPRS and NATURAL LEARNING PROCESS methodology

-The central idea is to introduce English into your daily life and into your preferred entertainment, so that you don't create the habit of thinking in Portuguese and translating what you want to say in your head.

-We will discover your vocabulary level and compare it to that of a native speaker, so that we can know how to approach your growth.

-Classes for all levels, with different focuses and approaches for each level:

Basic: Understanding basic words and vocabulary + introducing English into your routine.

Intermediate: Sentence composition, more advanced vocabulary and conversation training + introduction of English into your routine.

Advanced: Conversation + introducing English into your routine.
