Well I don't believe in the conventional way of teaching where the teacher use to give lectures and then leave the class. No doubt sessions, no discussions and always considering oneself the supreme and the best of subject. Instead I believe in mutual growing. Learning is a process. I can learn from my students and can teach my students as well. Learning is not about making students understand something by teaching theoretical portion only instead helping them letting them know what's the practical application of the same.
