About Karen
Visual artist graduated from the Universidad de Guanajuato. I have more than a year of experience as a teacher and I work mainly in the area of drawing, painting and binding. I have participated in various exhibitions in the city of Guanajuato and I am currently teaching art subjects, developing artistic projects and constantly training myself in the various areas of my interest.

I consider essential the experimentation of materials and processes as a starting point for learning the various pictorial and drawing techniques. We will learn to lose the fear of the blank page/canvas and boost our skills. We will talk about art history, material properties, color theory, concepts such as composition, volume, perspective, etc. thus provide all the basic and essential tools for the continuous practice of the different techniques.
These classes are suitable for anyone who is interested in learning new things at any level, especially those looking to start at a basic level.
