I would describe my methodology as being part Human-Centred Education (HCE) and part knowledge transfer which respects the whole person and values the holistic development of each individual. My approach focuses on empowering students / learners and nurtures those core personal qualities whilst proving an environment for the successful transfer and sharing of knowledge to aid both there academic and personal development.
