About Valentina

As a saxophone teacher, I believe in fostering a passion for music through a balanced approach that combines technique with creativity. I start each student’s journey by teaching the fundamentals of saxophone playing, such as breath control, embouchure, and tone production. These foundational skills are key to producing a solid sound, and they set the stage for more advanced techniques like articulation, phrasing, and rhythm. I place a strong emphasis on the importance of musical expression, encouraging students to experiment with improvisation and interpret the music in their own unique way. In my lessons, I use a blend of real songs, improvisation exercises, and practical examples that keep learning both enjoyable and relevant. I ensure that every student receives the attention and guidance they need to succeed, whether they’re working toward a performance, an exam, or just enjoying their musical journey for fun.
