About Bruno

With over 8 years of experience and an Advanced Diploma in Piano Performance, I’ve learned that music education should be about more than just playing notes. It’s about connection — to the music, to ourselves, and to a community of sound. My role as a teacher is to guide students in becoming fluent musical communicators, supported by technical mastery and emotional insight. I emphasize fundamentals: strong technique, a deep understanding of harmony and rhythm, and developing the ear. But equally, I teach students to breathe with the music, to listen deeply, and to perform with focus and joy. Lessons often begin with brief mindfulness or breathwork to center attention, especially helpful for young learners or performance preparation. Every student has a unique learning curve, and I adjust our pace accordingly. I’ve worked with nervous beginners, ambitious teens, and adults returning to music after decades. My goal is always the same: to help you discover your sound, your musical voice, and your own reasons for loving the piano.

Through regular performance opportunities and constructive feedback, I help students develop the self-assurance needed to express themselves fully through their music.

Each lesson is customized to meet the individual needs and goals of the student. I take into account their current abilities, musical interests, and learning style to create a personalized plan that promotes steady progress and creative exploration. This individualized approach ensures that students remain engaged and motivated, making their musical journey both enjoyable and rewarding.
