About Michael
I have 25 years of teaching experience and hold a Master of Mathematical Sciences. Throughout my professional journey, I have taught learners from secondary school through higher education, helping them achieve ambitious academic goals through individualized instruction and encouraging mentorship. I enjoy creating learning experiences that help students appreciate both the beauty and practicality of mathematics.
One student struggled with optimization problems involving calculus because interpreting real-world scenarios into mathematical models initially felt overwhelming. Together, we analyzed practical case studies, developed systematic solution frameworks, and practiced increasingly challenging applications. I believe mathematics should empower students to think logically, analyze situations critically, and solve problems with confidence.
