About Megan
I am a driven and creative individual who thrives with other people and communities. I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and watching them thrive. I helped homeschool three of my younger siblings, and was an honors mentor in college, where I maintained a 4.0 GPA.
I love to learn about people's individual personalities and learning styles, in order to personalize every learning plan and create a welcoming and supportive environment for growth.

I believe that teaching is about communication, first and foremost. I get to know the student and what their learning style is, then shape lessons around it. h
A lesson plan starts with mapping out our goals; I prefer to have it as a physical map so that it can be visualized constantly. Once we know the goal, we break it down into steps/smaller goals. After we have those, I schedule the timeline and what methods will best get us to the milestones.
