Types of classes I provide:

-Regular Language Classes: These classes are designed to teach Spanish of all levels. They focus on vocabulary, expressions, basic grammar, spoken practice and exercises. Whether you are beginning with the Spanish alphabet or you have already taken years of Spanish lessons, this class will help you reach your goal of understanding and speaking everyday Spanish!

-Conversational: This class focuses on understanding spoken Spanish. To become fluent in any language the student first has to understand what he’s being asked or told. Even if you have difficulty expressing yourself in Spanish, this class will help you!

-Reading: Students who often take this class have already learned some Spanish structure but need to learn or improve pronunciation and vocabulary. It is a personalized class in which you will read a text I provide, or a text you want to read, and I will listen to you and correct you on the way.

-Homework Help: This class is designed for students who have a school assignment or an essay/writing that needs revision. In 30 minutes we can go through your homework, revise it and reinforce your knowledge of the material.

-Exam Preparedness: Students who have an upcoming Spanish exam, a proficiency test, or licensing exam can take this class to refresh the information they’re already familiar with or review information they’re having difficulty with.

Hello students!

I love helping learners succeed in their path to learning Spanish!
I’m a 25-years old student living in Seattle, Washington and as a native Spanish speaker I teach all levels of Spanish from very basic to advance.

Like you, I have also taken interest in other languages and while going through the experience of learning English as a child, I realized that the key to successful learning of any language lies in its practice through everyday conversations.

Most language courses in schools and universities focus primarily in providing a grammatical foundation and ignore the IMPORTANCE OF VERBAL COMMUNICATION. My personal approach focuses especially on achieving the "speaking" part of learning a language with confidence!

As a tutor, I'm very interested in seeing positive progress in my students and to achieve this success I make every class into a personalized lesson based on the student's level of understanding.
