About Julian John

With over 14 years of teaching experience, I am passionate about helping students become more confident and comfortable using English. I have taught learners of different ages, levels, and backgrounds, including international students.

About the lesson

My Approach as a Tutor

I believe that learning should be comfortable, engaging, and suited to each student. As a tutor, I first try to understand the student’s needs, goals, and current level so I can adjust my lessons accordingly.

My teaching style is interactive and practical. I use simple explanations, examples, conversations, exercises, and activities to help students understand and apply what they learn. I also encourage students to ask questions and make mistakes because these are important parts of learning.

A Typical Lesson

A typical lesson starts with a short review or warm-up, followed by the main topic for the day. I explain the lesson using examples and then give the student opportunities to practice through activities, conversation, reading, writing, or exercises.

At the end of the lesson, we review what was learned and discuss areas that the student can continue to practice.

What Makes Me Different

I have more than 14 years of teaching experience and have worked with students of different ages, levels, and backgrounds. I have also taught English to international students from countries such as China, Japan, and Korea.

I try to make my lessons relaxed and enjoyable while still keeping them focused on the student’s goals. Rather than using exactly the same lesson for everyone, I adjust my approach depending on what the student needs.
