About Karley
I have been a dancer since I was 3 and over the years have become a dance teacher. I mentored for 5 years before teaching my own classes and have experience teaching all age ranges. I especially love to teach tap, jazz and ballet but have also trained in other styles as well. I have completed multiple tap and ballet exams through my years as a dancer and believe that they have made me a stronger dancer and someone that is highly focused on technique.

I base my classes on the students needs and desires. I want to work on what they want to fix or improve. A typical class will begin with a small warmup, followed by exercises that I believe the student will be able to complete. As the student goes through the exercises, I focus on how they're doing the steps and work on fixing their technique and make sure they're performing the steps properly and to the best of their abilities. I enjoy when my students want a challenge, I like to offer new steps to my students that want to work on the steps until I see them next. Seeing my students thrive and move forward in their abilities is my favourite part of teaching!
