About Nikol

I have been working in dance for 10 years, I love to teach and help people that want to learn something new for a better lifestyle. I am a very punctual, responsible and respectful woman with my clients. I can always help you with whatever you need.

About the lesson

I teach you in the way that you need to win your objectives, I like to use different methods like dance, stretching and Pilates to give you a healthy and harmonious life. Each session is one hour or more if you require it. YOU DON’T NEED EXPERIENCE, YOU NEED TO WANT TO HAVE A BETTER LIFESTYLE.

Perfect! Nikol, was patient, encouraging and thoughtful. My wife and I are in our mid 50's and didn't want to embarrass any of our kids at an upcoming wedding. Nikol fit the bill perfectly, not only will we not embarrass ourselves, I think we're going to impress them! Thanks Nikol! :)
