I've been a dance/movement pupil of Soph for a year and a half. In that time I've benefitted from weekly group lessons, as well as occasional private lessons, and joining extended workshops delivered by Soph. They take time to give me personalised feedback and can quickly and easily suggest ideas/alterations suited to my movement style/capability. Soph is amazing! We did some personal training sessions, and a private dance lesson. Really fantastic at making adjustments to moves/exercises to help you feel more comfortable. They're very aware of the fact that every person's body is different, and as a plus-size woman I really appreciated that. I also love the way Soph makes me feel more confident in my own abilities.

Soph is an incredible choreographer and instructor. They have helped me create pieces in multiple disciplines and styles, and with her help I have placed in national dance competitions. Their focus on technique, musicality and fluidity is perfectly balanced with how fun and collaborative she makes each session. Soph is inclusive, knowledgeable and experienced, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Sophie is truly wonderful teacher. They have knowledge of a range of dance styles and they are able to break down movements and techniques so they can be easily understood. They take care in getting to know their students and their goals.
