About Khushi
Hi, I'm Khushi Tyagi, a Ni Dan Black Belt with 10+ years of karate experience and 4+ years of coaching. I teach karate to help girls become more confident and prepared. I believe the first rule of self-defense is to escape if possible. If not, every girl should know how to protect herself and get to safety.

About the lesson

- Class Structure: 10–15 minutes of warm-up, followed by a 2-minute water break, technical karate training, and the last 5 minutes for flexibility or strength exercises on alternate days.
- Teaching Method: I teach step by step and focus on correct technique from the beginning.
- My Approach: If a student doesn't understand something, I'll explain it in a different way until they do.
- As a Teacher: I am patient and cooperative. I don't get angry easily, but I do expect students to attend regularly, stay disciplined, and put in sincere effort.
- Class Environment: Everyone is treated with respect, and students are encouraged to ask questions and learn at their own pace.
Who Can Join: Girls of all ages and boys up to 15 years of age, from complete beginners to intermediate-level students.
