About Evie
My name is Evie and I'm currently an undergraduate student at the University of Manchester studying Arabic and Spanish. I received 9's in every subject in my GCSEs and 40 points overall in my IB (4 A*s equivalent in A level). I have just completed my year abroad in Jordan and am now home and willing to give people a little extra help for preparation for GCSE exams. Although my profile it says I tutor maths, I am also willing to help out with Spanish, sciences and music theory. I have done lots of tutoring before and have been recommended by many people and would love to help in any way I can.

I have provided one hour tutor sessions for over 10 students in the past, all of whom's grades increased by at least 2 levels. I received a level 9 in my GCSE maths and also an A in my A level maths. My lessons typically last an hour but am always happy to teach for a shorter or longer time if that is what the student would prefer. I usually start my time with a student by doing a traffic light system on all topics on the exam syllabus so we can focus on those aspects which are more difficult however we will still work through the entire syllabus to ensure the student is confident in everything by the time they are formally assessed. I find teaching thoroughly enjoyable and take pride in being a good teacher so would love to help as many people as I can.
