About Marta

As I said before learning a new language is all about creating a good environment in which people can feel confidence of being themselves, making mistakes, giving ideas of how to learn and the will of learn.

I love to have a good time in my classes, making them fun, easy going and giving motivation to my students. I want the students to feel the eagerness to learn.

In mine experiences, I know that sometimes it will be difficult and you feel that you will get stuck at some point, shy or embarrassed of your pronunciation or maybe accent. This is totally normal and that is why I want to create a safe place where we all feel confidence to continue learning everyday.

About the lesson

As I am currently studying Primary Education and I had studied in the past Spanish and English philology, I think have good skills to teach Spanish in all types of ages, environment and categories.

I want to create a good environment with my students. First of all, knowing what are the main reason to learn Spanish (for work, just for fun, to get a diploma..), what they want to focus more at (vocabulary, grammar, phonetic, listening). Then, I think one of the most important things is knowing in which way my students can learn Spanish easiest, meaning hand-writing, visually -listening (like watching videos, movie or having conversations) or even method like matching pictures with words.

In my personal opinion, since I was 14 I have been studying abroad, first in Ireland and then in USA. I would say that the easiest way to learn a second or new language is having conversations and keep trying. Don’t be shy to commit mistakes, that’s how you learn.

The only 3 things that you need it is coming with an Open Mind, Good vibes and the Will to Learn.
