I am Sam and I have been dancing for 14 years, I am currently studying for a bachelor in dance in the UK. The fitness and training required for my career has given me experience and knowledge of Pilates and yoga as a means for injury recovery, mindfulness and fitness.

I have a dance background and therefore will implement a teaching style of strength and stretch for quality of muscle tone and flexibility.
