I love teaching and also I am super friendly. In my experience a teacher should be more friendly because it helps to maintain a good balance between students. Teachers won’t make fear they should make respect and obedience in students with giving freedom. Give respect and take respect.
I will use different methods for teaching like , will try to teach according to the ability and skill of the students. Everyone have their own boundaries so I consider it and make a different way for teaching for different students.
