About Chris
I am an ex-professional footballer with a degree in Sports Science, a Master’s in Sport Psychology, and currently a PhD student. My passion for teaching comes from my desire to share the knowledge and experience I've gained throughout my career, both on and off the field. I want to help students unlock their potential, whether it’s improving their performance in sports or gaining a deeper understanding of the psychological and physical aspects of success. Teaching allows me to make a meaningful impact, guiding others to achieve their personal and academic goals.

I combine my experience as a former professional athlete with my academic background in sports science and psychology to create a tailored learning experience. By focusing on both mental and physical performance, I help students develop practical strategies, build confidence, and unlock their full potential—whether in sports or academics. My aim is to foster growth through personalized support, open communication, and goal-oriented planning.
