I’m a student going into year 13, and I have tutored both maths and chemistry since November 2018, so I have a lot of experience with students aged between year 7 and year 11. I love explaining concepts and leading students to be able to understand questions and how to answer them

I approach each topic by seeing first how the student would approach that particular question if they were able to, and see how far they can get by themselves, and I notice which parts they need improvement on. If they do not know how to approach the question then I don’t make them feel any worse and let them know that’s fine and it’s my job to teach them.
