About Toni

I am a spanish football player who just moved to Brisbane because I am playing here now. I have played professionally in 4 different continents.
I consider myself as an intelligent player who reads the game well. After playing for almost two seasons in Australia, I have noticed the lack of understanding in many cases besides the players being strong, fast and with good technique. It´s the brain that makes the difference.

As I like to say, "play smarter, not harder".

The difference between players in many cases lays on the understanding on the game. I was lucky enough to grow up in one of the best academies in Spain where I had very good coaches that taught me a lot.
Now, I would like to teach young players how to be smarter, develop their skills and understand the game so they can perform better.
I want to make enjoyable lessons where there is a "why" in everything we do. Understanding the game and decision making is the main factor in order to perform at your highest potential.

Perfect! Toni is an excellent coach. He has an awesome nature & is brilliant in talking with my son. Lachy loves the sessions & we have noticed a massive improvement in his game after just 3 lessons. Great choice to go with Toni.

It´s a pleasure to have sessions with Troy´s son, Lachy. The fact the we both play in the same position and are also lefties is a plus. He is super polite and easy to work with. I enjoy our sessions and his good skills force me to be even more creative finding drills for him.
