About Mackenzie

I am an actor, writer, producer, entertainment company owner, director, and musician with three years of drama and musical theater teaching experience. Drama and English have always gone hand in hand for me, thus allowing me to develop an extensive understanding of language. I strive to be a kind and empathetic tutor, understanding exactly how the student and I can work together to ensure motivation and comprehension are at their best.

About the lesson

Lessons vary in length depending on the requirements of the student. I am able to assist with homework, formative tasks, assessments, exam preparation, and general revision and clarification of classroom learning. Lessons will be completely flexible and tailored to the needs of each student. I will provide helpful resources and scaffolds, and activities to personally work through with the student, ensuring all the student’s questions and concerns have been answered.
