About Charlie
My names Charlie, and I’m a student at university in America where I play soccer (football) whilst getting my Bachelors in Exercise Science. I want to teach because it can help me with my studies, and it also lets me help other people who may be struggling with attaining their own goals. Furthermore, I understand how much misinformation surrounding the fitness industry is online and I just want to help people know what’s wrong and what’s right. I want to help people achieve their goals in the best way possible, backing it up with the science.
