I work collaboratively with my students in supporting them achieve their goals and encourage them to work beyond their comfort zones. A typical lesson plan involves spiral review for previous content, mini-lesson of current lesson accompanied by an explorative activity and guided practice. Independent practice and check for understanding, finally a closure.
