My name is Sara and I am a passionate middle school ELA teacher. I have a love for children and believe that all students are capable to not only succeed, but truly thrive if given the right tools and strategies to do so. That is where I come in!
I currently hold an M.A.T. from the College of Charleston and work at a middle school in South Carolina.

Through warm up exercises, creative writing prompts, and test prep, I am able to assist upper elementary and middle school aged children develop a deeper understanding for studying literature, writing creatively and technically, as well as feeling confident comprehending many different types of texts.
