As a seasoned educator with more than 14 years of experience, I will design each tutoring session to be engaging, interactive, and individualized by incorporating hands-on games, manipulatives, and evidence-based instructional practices.
In reading, I will use the Science of Reading to provide explicit, systematic instruction in phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension, ensuring students build strong foundational literacy skills.
In math, I will use concrete manipulatives and visual models to help students develop conceptual understanding before moving to abstract problem-solving.
By combining research-based strategies with meaningful, hands-on learning experiences, I will work to create a supportive environment where your child is actively engaged, builds confidence, and develops the skills needed for long-term academic success.
