About Sebastian
I’m a Kettlebell athlete – current Australian Champion and QLD Champion. I have a background in different sports, such as: athletic, basketball, kung fu, bodybuilding.
Every exercise which we will do I did before myself. I know exactly how difficult it can be, and how to do it in a proper way. I will show you how to progress in each exercise.
