About Rusty
I am an Arizona State University student studying English and creative writing. I have spent time volunteering with the Santa Fe men’s prison as an educator and tutor. I am an avid reader and writer and try to read/write for at least an hour a day to strengthen my own skills. I am hopeful that, through tutoring, I not only teach you something new, but also grow myself!

I provide weekly reading and writing checks to help develop students strengths and assess where more work needs to be allocated. Through weekly team reading sessions and accompanying written responses, young readers will be able to comprehend and explore more of their own writing and reading skills.
