About Alfie

I have been in the Estate Agent business since the young age of 16. Having worked in the industry nearly a decade and sucessfully grown a branch over the last 5 years, I feel like now is a good time to potentially pass on some knowledge and help out people that are new into the industry or looking to get into the industry.

I am also a property investor owning multiple buy to let properties across London and the outskirts of London.

About the lesson

Lessons will be 1 hour- they will be discussion type lessons via zoom (or whatever platform suits you best). The lessons are for all age groups 16+. You can choose topics from my list that best suit you to learn about, the main topics included are:

-Negotiation - The best negotation techniques to secure a sale.
- Marketing - The Best forms of marketing in Estate Agency.
- Viewings - How to improve and conduct viewings to maxumise offers.
-Market Appraisals - How to understand a present a valuation to a client efficiently. ( this topic comes with many sub-catagories).
- Interviews - The best things to do when sitting an interview for an estate agent role.

I have trained multiple negotiators in the estate agent business mainly through the estate agency I am with now. I also do currently still sit market appraisals with a good win rate over competitors so can provide accurate advise on current market conditions and trends.
