About Nav

Hello,

I am passionate about helping students develop strong academic foundations, critical thinking skills, and effective study strategies to support long-term success. My focus is on creating a supportive learning environment where students can build confidence, deepen their understanding, and improve their performance across a range of subjects.

I have a strong academic background in English, Mathematics, Psychology, Health Studies, and Human Biology, which has shaped my interest in learning, human behaviour, and health sciences. This has also contributed to my ongoing studies in a doctoral programe in psychology at the University of Western Australia.

I aim to support students not only in improving their grades, but also in developing independent learning skills that allow them to approach new and challenging material with clarity and confidence. I believe that with the right guidance and strategies, students can significantly enhance both their academic results and their overall approach to learning. I look forward to supporting students in reaching their full potential through structured, engaging, and personalised tutoring.

About the lesson

Lessons are structured, high-level, and tailored to individual learning needs and academic goals. The focus is on developing strong conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and the ability to apply knowledge effectively in assessments and examinations.

For Years 7–10, sessions emphasise building solid foundational knowledge while strengthening clarity, confidence, and effective study habits across English, Mathematics, and Science.

For ATAR students, lessons are more advanced and exam-focused, with an emphasis on mastering syllabus content, refining extended responses, and applying high-mark strategies in assessments and examinations. Support is provided in breaking down complex concepts, improving precision in responses, and developing structured academic thinking across all listed ATAR subjects.

Each lesson is designed to be personalised and academically rigorous, with the aim of developing independent, high-achieving learners capable of consistent academic improvement.
